who we are The collaboration between us (Fitness - Nutrition), under the same purpose, started based on our common philosophy and undivided love for Fitness. Analyzing gyms over the years, we found that mass training with many people in one room with only one trainer to plan and correct the exercise program is not efficient. That is why we have processed the modern scientific literature in relation to performance, injury prevention and exercise consistency, in order to create a modernized training model that will be based on the human being as a whole, helping him to reach the goals that he has set and respecting his physical and clinical history. For this reason we founded the Calisthenics and Fitness Society, which is a modern fitness center in New Philadelphia, as well as the online fitness and nutrition platform fitsociety.gr In our space, which has been operating since November 2019, we are active in four areas: Calisthenics, Functional - Cross Training, Nutritional support-evaluation and sports rehabilitation. Our goal is to satisfy the needs of each practitioner with safety, quality and a variety of services, since here too one can participate with a membership in various fitness programs (calisthenics, crosstraining, functional etc.) combining them with nutritional support and sports rehabilitation in a full package, achieving the coveted "FITNESS". In our gym there is one of the most modern parks in Europe for Calisthenics, a fully equipped Crosstraining center as well as the Nutrition office and the sports massage area. In our place, the classes are strictly with a small number of people (small group) so that there is better supervision and personalization in each fitness program.
